How a build moves

Name the decision
The weekly call, the queue, the forecast, the document pile. If we cannot point at the decision, we do not start a model.

Architecture follows where the data lives and who may see it. Private when it must be. An API when it should be. The tradeoff is written down.

You see the evaluation, the failures, and the code. No black box, and no slide standing in for a metric.
